2. Information we receive
Property browsing and analytics. When you open a property, the website records the property, the date, and a randomly generated browser identifier. The identifier is stored on your device and helps us count a property view once per browser per day. It is not intended to identify you by name.
Saved properties. If you choose to sign in with ChatGPT, the authentication service provides an account identifier and email address to the website. We store the account identifier with the properties you save. Your email address is used to display or verify your signed-in session and is not stored in the saved-properties table.
Direct inquiries. This website does not operate an inquiry form. If you email, call, text, or message us through Facebook, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide through that service.
Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process standard connection information, such as IP address, device or browser details, security logs, and necessary cookies used to deliver and protect the website.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide saved-property features, understand interest in listings, maintain and secure the website, respond to inquiries, arrange property services, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site uses a first-party browser identifier in local storage for daily property-view counts. You can clear it through your browser settings. The hosting and sign-in services may also use necessary security and authentication cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
5. Who may receive information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by authorized Right Choice Realty personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, storage, security, authentication, and email. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Some service providers may process information outside the Philippines, subject to their safeguards and applicable requirements.
6. Retention and deletion
Property-view records are retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis. Saved properties remain connected to your account until you remove them or ask us to delete them. Direct communications and transaction-related records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, brokerage service, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about or access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, object to or restrict certain processing, request deletion or blocking, obtain portable information where applicable, or raise a concern. You may remove saved listings directly on the website and clear the browsing identifier from your browser.
Send privacy requests to inquire@rightchoicerealty.ph. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated.
8. Security
We use access controls, protected administrator routes, encrypted web connections, and trusted hosting services designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email or text.
9. Children and changes
The website is intended for people seeking real estate information and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when our services or legal responsibilities change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
